I love lemon iced tea but don’t like how lemon juice strips our teeth of enamel! I went about finding a solution to this by using organic lemon peel and Lemon Myrtle which is a powerful lemony herb that has the bright lemon flavor without the acid! I added the lemon-inspired ingredients onto a base of probiotic, rich flavored Puerh black tea so that this blend would help with digestion and weight balance and then I added an organic vegan cream extract to pure vanilla beans from Madagascar to give the blend a super rich Meringue-like creaminess.
