This tea is the original style oolong discovered at the feet of an ancient Quan Yin statue looming in the forest bearing a compassionate gaze to a struggling farmer. The farmer made a cup from the tea leaves at her temple and discovered the most beautiful tea of all the land, a floral note held by the hands of a true Goddess. He became prosperous and restored her temple to its original glory with the profits this divine tea spilled into his life.

If you are a fan of our current Ti Quan yin you will appreciate the higher percentage of fermentation of this oolong tea which leans 20% closer to a black tea than a green on the oolong spectrum.

Ti Quan Yin Oolong Tea
Steeping Instructions:
Steep one heaping teaspoon in 8-10oz water at 195 degrees for 3 minutes. Steep a second and third time a little hotter & a little longer to extract the most of the precious leaves.
